Novate Solutions, Inc. makes health benefits available to all eligible employees and their dependents. For full-time employees, Novate contributes monthly towards the premium of each employee and their family’s benefits. The employees are in turn responsible for any premium costs above Novate’s contribution. Part-time employees are eligible for the following benefits: Health Reimbursement Account (HRA), company wellness program, and 60 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) which includes 24 hours of sick time required by law.
The company provides a monthly contribution towards the total premium for employee and dependent coverage. The medical premium varies based on the employee’s age, dependent’s age, and number of dependents.
The company pays 100% of the cost for the Health Reimbursement Arrangement.
Benefit is one (1) times annual base salary to a maximum of $120,000. The company pays 100% of the premium for employee coverage.
After six (6) months of employment, employees are eligible to contribute on their own behalf to the company’s 401(k) plan. Company contributions are based on the company’s performance and will be contributed at the sole discretion of the company. After three (3) years of employment, the company’s contributions will be fully vested on behalf of the employee. Part-time employees and interns are not eligible to participate in the company’s 401(k) plan.
Employees are eligible to receive an annual allowance of $600 to be used for their personal wellness and overall health. Expenditures may include gym membership fees, entry fees for races, parking fees at state & national parks.
The company pays 100% of the premium for the employee coverage. Dependent coverage is available for an additional cost. The company has partnered with Identity Force to provide identity theft protection. Services include bank & credit care activity alerts, change of address monitoring, medical ID fraud protection, junk mail opt-out, lost wallet, credit score simulator and more.
Self-service online platform that enables employees to create legal documents such as a will, power of attorney, healthcare directive, family trust and more.
Comprehensive Financial Wellness employee benefit that offers a variety of tools and education to assist employees in meeting their financial goals. Employees will become eligible for benefits when they have completed thirty (30) consecutive calendar days of employment. Benefits are affective the first of the month following the thirty (30) consecutive calendar days worked.
Upon termination from Novate Solutions, Inc. for any reason other than gross misconduct, an employee may elect to continue group medical coverage at group rates as long as the employee pays the required monthly premium. It is also possible to convert other group plans to individual plans. Details on the conversion of any benefits will be discussed at the time of termination by Human Resources. You may of course, request information on this subject at any time prior to actual termination.
Employees who are injured on the job at Novate Solutions, Inc. are covered by the company’s Worker’s compensation Insurance. It is the employee’s responsibility to immediately notify management of any injuries sustained while on the job. Management will notify Human Resources. We encourage injured employees to seek immediate medical attention. All medical expenses related to the treatment of an injury, sustained on the job are paid in full direct to the medical providers. After a specified waiting period, you are also eligible for disability payments set forth by state law, where necessary.
